  2. I only use plastic Rubbermaid or Tupperware rectangular storage containers for snacks, dry baking items (flour, sugars, corn meal, cornstarch,…), dry beans, pasta, rice. I use these up & refill regularly – so nothing is stored for too long. For leftovers it is now the glass containers (anchor Hocking, glass lock,..)

  3. As a single guy I often use biodegradable paper plates to chop stuff on. Works great for small batches just cooking for myself. Afterwards I rinse any residue as best I can, let it dry than shred and add it to my compost tumbler bin to add to my veggie garden and potted plant soil mix’s after it breaks down.
