I’ve listened to this advice and I never leave the toilet. I’m constantly peeing
just repeat everything 3 times why don’t ya . . cant make through this – way over explaining . get on with it
I’m must guessing but It’s probably just as important as consuming the minerals and vitamins that help metabolize fluids.
