  1. This is my first time seeing one of your videos, I am just starting to work out again after about a year of being sedentary. I searched on YouTube for 15 minute beginner workout body weight.

    This was absolutely so much fun 🤩
    I found myself laughing through a lot of of it and making a lot more noise than I would if I were able to be in the gym, which made the workout a lot of fun!
    I noticed that you are naturally very highly motivating and I love that you said that these workouts are short and we can all make time for them.
